Guava Personal Cell Analysis-96 (PCA-96) System
The Guava® PCA-96 System provides automated, higher throughput screening of 96-well microplates or a tray of microcentrifuge tubes. This flexible sample format makes the Guava PCA-96 System ideal for screening in basic research, target validation, assay development, and clinical trials.
Like its smaller cousin, the Guava PCA System uses a green laser for excitation, two fluorescence detectors, and a forward scatter detector for assessing relative size. The walkaway automated sampling of 96-well plates makes it easy to screen large numbers of samples and plates in one day.
The PCA-96 System can be integrated into automated robotic systems for fully automated data acquisition and plate handling. And, the characteristic small sample volume and absolute cell counting found with all Guava Systems helps to reduce overall sample and reagent use, particularly over multiple plate runs.
