Detection units: The detection units are chosen as best technical solution for each of th various technologies. Wallac Victor-1420 is a multilabel, multitask plate reader which has a broad range of capabilities. It can function as a photometer, luminometer, fluorometer and time resolved fluorometer, fluorescence-Polarization R 1527 photo multiplier tube for fluorometry, luminometry and TR-fluorometry: Digital photon counting, high cathode sensitivity with low-noise photo cathode.

Plates: The instrument is computer controlled and menu driven and can accept all microtiter plates with 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 384 and 1536wells.
